This includes but is not limited to your name, e-mail address, calendar information, scheduling preferences, and emails when tagged within your linked CRM. We do not store the history of any email thread on our servers once it has been analysed by the AI training algorithms.

- To personalize your experience.
- To improve our service.
- To improve customer service.
- To send you emails and calendar invites (both as part of the service itself, as well as other important updates).
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties, your personally identifiable information. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in providing our service to you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We also reserve the right to provide information to law enforcement authorities when legally required to do so. Furthermore, aggregate, non-personally identifiable information may be shared for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We may share your scheduling related information with our contractors on a need-to-know basis in order to maintain our services provided that such contractors have agreed to the non-disclosure and confidentiality requirements we require of our employees.
We do not allow children under the age of 13 to use our services.
